50% Deposit required upon booking by major credit
card or cheque. Balance due, payable 7 days prior of arrival by cheque or major

Cancellations:
Earlier than 2 weeks prior or arrival-Full
refund less 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival will
be refunded only if we are able to refill the period booked.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
